Join us for a hands-on empanada-making class where you'll learn to craft homemade dough and two delicious fillings: bold, smoky Chicken Tinga and savory Cheesy Potato & Chorizo.
You’ll make and shape your own empanadas, perfect for baking fresh or freezing for later. I’ll have a batch of each filling already prepared so you can taste the finished product while you work—hot, crispy, and straight from the oven.
To round out the experience, I’ll also prepare a fresh salsa and a creamy dipping sauce to enjoy with your creations. Whether you’re new to empanadas or looking to up your game, this class is a flavorful, fun way to build your skills—and your freezer stash!
