Needle Felting Workshop
Join us for a cozy winter evening of creativity with local artist Fran Cook as she guides you through the basics of needle felting. This hands-on class is perfect for beginners and those curious to learn a new craft. Fran will walk you step by step through the process, and you’ll have the opportunity to choose from a variety of small projects to create during class.
Each participant will receive a foam felting mat, needles, and wool roving to use for their project. Needle felting is a wonderfully fun and relaxing skill—and once you learn the basics, the possibilities for what you can create are truly endless.

Soups and Stews Class
Join us for a comforting winter evening in the kitchen with Chef Sophia Chatfield as we explore hearty soups, rich stews, and freshly baked breads made from scratch. This hands-on class will focus on building deep flavors and learning simple techniques you can bring into your own home cooking.
Together, we’ll prepare:
Tuscan White Bean Soup served with homemade focaccia bread

Who doesn’t love the aroma and taste of freshly baked sourdough bread? Join us for an engaging and educational evening with Alyson and Makenna Anderson of Anderson Goods, as they guide us through the art and science of sourdough baking.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the step-by-step process—from cultivating your starter, to shaping and scoring, to mastering the bake. Along the way, Alyson and Makenna will also share the unique health benefits of sourdough, as well as flavor variations to inspire your own creations.

Fondue Cooking Class
