The Harvest Table is a farm-to-table dinner inspired by the richness of the season, featuring hearty, comforting flavors drawn from the land as it offers its fullness. Join us for an evening of good food, candlelight, and lingering conversation as we come together to mark the harvest.

First Course

Seasonal Farmhouse Flatbreads

Homemade flatbreads baked fresh in our brick ovens and topped with the best of the season.

Garden Margherita
Heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, and a drizzle of balsamic.

Autumn Apple & Goat Cheese
Thinly sliced local apples layered over a creamy goat cheese spread, finished with prosciutto, candied pecans, peppery arugula, and a drizzle of local honey.

Second Course

Silky Cream of Broccoli Soup

A smooth cream of broccoli soup finished with white cheese curds.

Third Course

Harvest Romaine Salad

Crisp romaine topped with heirloom tomatoes, roasted corn, avocado, grilled red onion, and a 72-degree egg, finished with chipotle ranch dressing.

Fourth Course

Block-Cut Beef Striploin

Tender block-cut beef striploin topped with maître d’hôtel butter and crispy onion straws.

Served with petite potato hash with garlic and herbs, alongside a roasted squash medley.

Fifth Course

Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake

An individual sticky toffee pudding cake topped with bourbon-caramelized apples and finished with a drizzle of vanilla sauce.
