Our Spaces…
The William: Capacity 175-200
Our flagship event space is nothing short of stunning. Soaring ceilings with elegant chandeliers, rich earth tones, a beautiful back wooden bar, and a large garage door that opens directly to our outdoor courtyard — The William strikes the perfect balance between modern elegance and warm farm charm. A built-in stage makes it ready for live music, speakers, or entertainment. Whether you're hosting a large celebration, a gala, a fundraiser, or a corporate dinner, this space sets the tone before your guests even sit down.
The Listening Room: Capacity 40-60
Equal parts jazz bar and speakeasy, The Listening Room is one of the most unique event spaces in the area. A corner stage, intimate seating, a cozy couch area, a full back bar, and a curated vinyl collection with a full sound system create an atmosphere that feels like a well-kept secret. Moody lighting, warm tones, and music that fills every corner — this space is made for rehearsal dinners, private parties, milestone celebrations, and any gathering where you want the night to feel truly special.
Bright, earthy, and full of character — The Workshop is an industrial-meets-farmhouse space unlike anything else. Butcher block workshop tables, warm natural light pouring through large windows, and an open connected walk-in space with tables and chairs create a versatile and inviting environment. Home to our popular cooking classes and creative workshops, it's equally perfect for bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, or any gathering that calls for a hands-on, laid-back atmosphere.
The Farmhouse: Sleeps 12 — Fits 20
Nestled right on the property, the Creekside Farmhouse is a fully equipped 2-story home perfect for groups who want to stay close to the action. With 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, an open floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy gathering spaces throughout, it's ideal for weekend getaways, retreats, day time rentals, or as a home base for your wedding party. A beautiful front porch, warm interiors, and Cultivate Coffee right across the street make this one of the most comfortable places to land on the property.
Cultivate Coffee: Capacity 25-35
After hours, Cultivate becomes one of the coziest private event spaces on the property. Cozy indoor seating, a covered outdoor area, warm lighting, and the unmistakable atmosphere of a well-loved coffee shop — it's the perfect setting for intimate gatherings, private dinners, bridal showers, or a unique corporate meeting. Add a barista for the evening and your guests will be sipping specialty lattes and handcrafted drinks all night long. Available for private rental outside of regular business hours.
