Every session is a little different because it’s designed around you and where you are in your journey. We’ll talk through what’s on your heart and mind, uncover what may be holding you back, and gain clarity on where you want to go next. Together, we’ll identify practical steps and intentional goals to help you move forward with confidence.

You’ll leave each session with greater clarity, encouragement, and a next step for you to take before our next session—because sometimes all we need is someone to help us see what’s already inside us and take the next step forward.

Individuals and teams who are ready to grow, gain clarity, and take their next step. In one-on-one coaching, I primarily work with young adults and women of all ages. For team coaching, I enjoy working with a wide variety of groups—from businesses and nonprofits to ministry teams and community organizations.

Our first session is all about getting to know one another. We'll explore where you are today, what you hope for, what may be holding you back, and what you want to move toward. Together, we'll begin creating a clear path forward with practical next steps.

What if I don't know exactly what I need help with yet?

That's completely okay. Many people come to coaching knowing they want something to change but aren't sure what that is yet. Through thoughtful questions, guided reflection, and tools like the Primal Question Framework, we'll uncover what matters most and identify the areas where coaching can have the greatest impact.

Everyone's journey is different, and the pace of your progress will depend largely on the effort and consistency you put into the process. That said, many clients begin experiencing greater clarity, confidence, and momentum within the first 2–3 sessions.

Coaching isn't about quick fixes—it's about creating meaningful, lasting change. As you continue applying what you're learning between sessions, you'll begin to see those changes take root in your everyday life.

Therapy often focuses on healing from past experiences, addressing mental health concerns, and processing emotional challenges. Life coaching is centered on the present and the future—helping you gain clarity, discover your purpose, set meaningful goals, overcome obstacles, and take intentional steps toward the life you were created to live.

That said, my coaching approach incorporates the Primal Question Framework, which gently explores how significant past experiences—especially from childhood—may have shaped the beliefs you hold about yourself today. We don't dwell in the past, but we do acknowledge it when it helps you understand what's been keeping you stuck so you can move forward with greater freedom and confidence.

The results will depend on your commitment and willingness to put what we discuss into practice. Coaching isn't about giving you all the answers—it's about helping you discover them and then taking intentional action.

Each session will end with practical next steps to work on before we meet again. While setbacks are a normal part of growth, my goal is to help you navigate those challenges, build momentum, and keep moving forward until you "land the plane" and achieve the goals that matter most to you. Along the way, you can expect greater clarity, confidence, self-awareness, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Yes! You can either pay in full and receive a discounted rate, or choose a monthly payment plan with an upfront deposit. My goal is to make coaching as accessible as possible while ensuring you're committed to the process.

Because coaching requires a mutual commitment and I reserve time specifically for each client, all coaching programs are non-refundable once the program has begun.

If you need to reschedule a session, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.
