Fire Pit Close the evening around the fire. S'mores, conversation, no agenda.
SATURDAY
Morning — Breakfast & Optional Workout Fuel up with a prepared breakfast. Optional gym session or group fitness class to start the day strong.
Mid-Morning — Team Activities Your choice of outdoor recreation, wellness, or a culinary or creative workshop.
Noon — Lunch A scratch-made meal. Time to breathe and recharge.
Afternoon — Free Time & Activities Rest, explore the property, fish, play, or simply sit by the fire. This time is yours.
Evening — Dinner & Group Session A beautiful family-style dinner followed by optional guided group reflection or discussion — whatever serves your team best.
Fire Pit & S'mores Close the night around the fire. Linger as long as you need.
SUNDAY
Morning — Breakfast & Slow Start A final shared meal. Slower. Intentional. Time to reflect on the weekend.

Can we do just one overnight instead of the full weekend? Absolutely — a Friday–Saturday or Saturday–Sunday overnight option is available. Just let us know what works best for your team.
Is all food included? Yes — all meals from Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast are included along with snacks and drinks throughout.
What if our team is larger than 12? The Farmhouse sleeps up to 12 but we can discuss alternative arrangements for larger groups. Reach out and we'll figure something out.
Can we customize the schedule? Yes — the Staff Getaway is intentionally flexible. We'll build the weekend around your team's goals, energy, and preferences.
Is this faith-based? Stillmeadow is rooted in faith but the Staff Getaway is open and welcoming to everyone. You'll feel the warmth of this place without any pressure.
