What to Expect
At Stillmeadow, a retreat is more than an event — it's an invitation to step away from the noise and return to what matters. Whether you're coming for a quarterly day of rest and reflection, a women's or men's weekend, a couples experience, a faith-based gathering, or something designed around wellness and renewal, every retreat we host is rooted in the same belief: you were not made to run on empty.
Each retreat is thoughtfully paced, intentionally designed, and held on land that has been welcoming people for decades. Come on your own or bring a friend. No experience necessary — just a willingness to slow down.
Every retreat is a little different. But every retreat is worth it.

What if I've never been to a retreat before? This is a great first one. The day is intentionally low pressure — there's nothing you're required to do and no experience necessary. Just show up.
Is this just for locals? Not at all. We have guests who drive over an hour to be here. We also have a stay option on the property if you'd like to make it an overnight — ask us about availability.
Who is this retreat for? Everyone. Men and women of all ages and backgrounds are welcome. Come on your own, bring a friend, or invite someone who could use the reset.
