We are all imprinted with a Primal Question in our early childhood. It’s a question that went unanswered or felt confusing to us. A question that could have been answered with a no or trauma from early childhood, subconsciously into our adulthood. This question is underlying in our relationships, boss, spouse, friendships. When it is answered with a “yes”, we feel grounded. When it is answered with a “no”, we go into our scramble…which is all of the unhealthy things we do to force our PQ back to a yes.
