Join us for a comforting winter evening in the kitchen with Chef Sophia Chatfield as we explore hearty soups, rich stews, and freshly baked breads made from scratch. This hands-on class will focus on building deep flavors and learning simple techniques you can bring into your own home cooking.

Together, we’ll prepare:

  • Tuscan White Bean Soup served with homemade focaccia bread

  • French Beef Stew paired with house-made crostini

  • Seafood Gumbo topped with homemade cornbread croutons

Participants will work together to make crostini and croutons as a group, and each guest will also make their own focaccia loaf to take home—perfect for continuing the cozy vibes long after the class ends.

This class is ideal for anyone who loves comforting, soul-warming food and wants to slow down, learn something new, and enjoy a delicious evening together.
